In the 1960’s the pantyhose was born. This was designed to be attractive as well as to hide physical imperfections such blemishes, scars, hair, varicose veins and ease chafing between thighs.
Ever since the pantyhose Industry has become a multibillion dollar business. This garment is not only a must have necessity but a must have accessory as well . HOWEVER, the burning question is……why has such a successful Industry geared to make woman feel and look better has overlooked the upper body?

MBELLE COUTURE DESIGNS made it a MISSION to design a garment that will not only take care of these issues but will to transform in a Vogue Fashion way and old outfit in a flash into something fresh and exciting! In addition, it will save money bringing the old into the new in a woman’s closet. MBelle will bring tremendous versatility into a woman’s wardrobe allowing her to go from casual wear to evening wear with ease.
